Information, including personal data, you provide about yourself and other people (the “Information”) will be held by us (the “Agent”) and it will be passed on to your landlord (the “Landlord”) for approval. We will at all times respect your privacy and confidentiality. The Information will be used in connection with the operation and administration of your lease and any other services or products provided to you by the Agent and/ or the Landlord, and any future agreements or arrangements you may have with the Agent and/ or the Landlord. The Information may be disclosed by the Agent and/or Landlord in confidence for these purposes to service providers, other companies to whom it may delegate its powers, regulatory authorities (including the Residential Tenancies Board) and as required by law.
You have the right to request a copy of the Information held by us about you. You also have the right to access your Information, have changed any inaccuracies in the details we hold about you, the right to object to the use of your Information and the right to block any specific use of your Information, in each case by means of a request in writing to our business address or dedicated email address geraldine@kearyestates.ie.
The Information that the Agent collects from you may be transferred to, stored and/ or processed at, a destination outside the Office Area.
